RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No returns.

Customer is responsible for lost, or damaged products. 

We accept exchanges up to 14 days starting on the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. 

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for an exchange.

Additional non-exchangeable items include:

eGift cards

Items specified as “no exchanges” at the time of purchase

Lingerie, swimwear, beauty & bath products

Any items damaged or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error

Any items that are returned for exchange in excess of 14 days of the delivery date

Also, please note the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns for exchanges and is responsible for lost damage goods.

 

How to Exchange Items

Send an email to sales@jadedaffairs.com to place your exchange item on hold, while we await your package. Make sure to include the order number, and the item and size you would like on hold.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please be sure to include an attached photo of the damage in your email pertaining to your return.

Pack your exchange item(s), along with a copy of your confirmation of purchase email and place them into a bag and mail your item(s) using a courier of your choice to the address that will be provided to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item for exchange. Upon approval of your return, your exchange order will be processed.

If the item no longer exists, a store credit will automatically be applied to your account for future use.
