Shipping

When Should I Expect to Receive My Order?
Any orders made will usually ship the next business day. However, any orders placed Friday-Sunday will normally ship out the coming Monday. Refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

*Please note our delivery/processing times are evaluated and estimated according to our carrier’s timeframes. Keep in mind that possible delays may occur on rare occasions, especially on a holiday or routes experiencing particularly harsh weather/environmental events.

When Will I Be Charged?
With most banking institutions a charge will occur almost immediately after the payment has been confirmed. However, it may take up to 1-4 business days for your banking institution to fully complete the transaction, depending on the establishment.
 
How Can I Track My Order?
Your order tracking number is automatically emailed to you when your order has shipped.  Here at jaded affairs, we make it easy for you to track your order. Just click on Track Your Order. You will be prompt to either enter your email and order number or your tracking number.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do, and for any orders over $150 the shipping is FREE. See International Shipping for a list of locations and details.

What Payment Method Do You Accept?

How Does AfterPay Work?
AfterPay allows you to buy what you want today and pay it off over 4 equal installments every 2 weeks.  As of right now, this method of payment can only be used for US orders. Reference AfterPay for more details. 
 
What About Payment Security?
Security will always have our utmost attention. That’s why all transactions processed with us are encrypted, allowing the inputted information to be protected from outside parties.
 
jaded affairs is committed to protecting you against fraudulent activity, and want you to know that we use all precautions when keeping your contact, credit card, and billing/shipping information safe and confidential.
 
Is This Payment Verification Message Legit?
As an extra level of protection for our customers and depending on the cost of the order, orders may be subject to further payment verification.
 
Don’t worry, this is just to ensure that the order was authorized by the customer. In such an instance, we will reach out to you quickly so that any delays may be lessened.
 
What If I Have a Gift Certificate or ja Credit?
Feel free to use it!
 
Gift codes/certificates and store credit can be easily utilized when completing checkout, and the best thing is they never expire.
 


Returns Policy 

What Is Your Return Policy?
We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days starting on the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.

*Final sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
 
Can I Return a Gift?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an eGift card via email for the value of your return once the item is received.
 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or it wasn’t shipped directly to you, a refund will be issued to the original buyer once the item is received.
 
* Gift purchases categorized as final sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  
How Can I Return or Exchange My Order?
For DOMESTIC orders a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge for returning.
To ship an item back to jaded affairs:

  1. On your invoice indicate whether you are returning or exchanging the item(s).

  2. If you are exchanging, we recommend you call or send an email to customer service to place your exchange on hold while we await your package. We will need the order number, and the item and size you would like on hold.

  3. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a return bag or cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label.

  4. To mail your package drop your package off at a USPS location.

How Can I Track My Return?
For US orders:
 
Your return tracking number is stored in your purchase history. When viewing your history, you can click on the respective order number for your return and the return tracking number will be itemized below each item that was included in the order. You can trace your return using that tracking number on USPS.com.
 
When Should I Expect to Receive My Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days. 

What If I Haven’t Received My Refund?  
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days after being notified, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What About Duties and Taxes?  
Please note that all international packages may be held subject to duties and taxes. Such limits for duty-free packages are and will be established by your local customs authorities. If you have any further needed inquiries or questions, please contact your local customs officials or log-on to their website to obtain more information.


How Can I Return or Exchange My Order?
For INTERNATIONAL orders:
 

To ship an item back to jaded affairs:

  1. On your invoice indicate whether you are returning or exchanging the item(s).
  2. If you are exchanging, we recommend you call or send an email to customer service to place your exchange on hold while we await your package. We will need the order number, and the item and size you would like on hold.
  3. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or cardboard box.
  4. On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment to US". Mail your return or exchange using your carrier of choice to:

How Can I Track My Return?
For INTERNATIONAL orders:
 

You will be responsible for the purchasing and obtaining of any tracking or insurance needed using the postal carrier of your choice to return your item(s). Each carrier will have their own processes for handling and delivery, please be sure to inquire on any questions or concerns you may have with them.
